GOOGLE DRIVE ASSET MANAGEMENT AT COLLEGEADVISOR.COM

Although my primary role at CollegeAdvisor.com is as an advisor and project manager, I also consult with operations team on asset management techniques. All assets are currently stored in Google Drive, and I identified several solutions for preserving advisor and student assets after an advisor steps away from the company without increasing costs. This ensured that students did not miss critical deadlines due to assets disappearing, and that advisors were able to pick up with students right where previous advisors had left off. While Google Drive is not my recommended platform for asset management, there are ways to use Google Drive and Dropbox more successfully—I am excited to help you figure out a solution that works for you!
